What a journey has been…

I grew up in Spain and moved to the USA in 2000. I’m a licensed psychotherapist and an artist. Both professions are the paths to my inner exploration and creativity, and help me grow personally and professionally.  

My career as a therapist began at a shelter for women and children where I helped these families process traumatic life events related to physical, emotional and sexual abuse.I have worked as a Spanish Professor, Social Worker and Educator at diverse academic and nonprofit settings in the USA, UK and Spain.

At a personal level, my home environment and childhood were difficult and painful. However, I discovered I was also very resilient and invested in my own recovery to stay grounded and connected with my reality.

My personal story and healing journey have allowed me to relate to my clients' struggles and support their therapeutic process. As we say in Bioenergetic words "we get wounded in relationships and we heal in relationships." I’m invested in forming a secure relationship and providing a safe space to support your unique body-mind transformative experience.
